My age is 23 and I have been suffering from knee pains for the past 20 days. I have no problem while bending or stretching my legs and they won't pain while sitting. If I attempt to stand up from a chair after sitting for a while and if I stand for some time or if I walk I am getting knee pain in both legs. I have never experienced this pain before. A month ago, I walked for 2 hours a day in the evening with rigorous high intensity. Is my pain related to that physical activity or due to some other reason? Please help me with my query.
